Review Mozilla 1955692: Remove dead bookmarks code

Bookmarks code has been moved and the files we changed in "TB 34403 [android]: Disable Normal mode by default." have been deleted.

When rebasing 143, I deleted our changes. This ticket is for auditing this change and bringing our changes back however that needs to be done.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
