Some CJK characters cannot be rendered by Tor which uses the Noto font family

For example, the character featured in this page https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%F0%A4%A9%A0 cannot be rendered at all in the Tor browser, because the Unicode glyph list that Noto uses for CJK characters is incomplete.

There is another FOSS font family, Jigmo, which renders all CJK characters in Unicode. It is released under the CC0 license and can be found here https://kamichikoichi.github.io/jigmo/ .

(Although the page above is in Japanese, basic translation software works well when translating it into English)

Can the Tor team please consider bundling Jigmo instead of Noto (or alongside Noto) so that all CJK characters can be rendered fully in the Tor browser?
