Disable adding search engines from HTML forms

Let's disable this feature for 15.0 as it is a linkability issue across sessions (e.g. if the website ads arbitrary tracking parameters to the URL)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
