Default zoom always resets to 100%

Ubuntu 24.04. Browser 15.0. Security level standard

After changing the default zoom level from 100% (Settings > General > Zoom > Default zoom), it is reset back to 100% after: closing and reopening the browser, opening a new tab, resetting the browser (with the broom icon), and perhaps other cases. It should remain at the level I set, and be used for all tabs, as was the case with prior versions of the browser.
