Unable to load websites after a short amount of time on Android

Reproduction steps

Fresh install, bootstrap, attempt to load webpage, notice it never actually loads. Restarting the app seems to always fix it.

The screenshot is of a debug build, but I have noticed it on 15.0 release as well.
