13.5 EOL support link is 404

In Tor Browser 13.5 we point to https://support.torproject.org/tbb/tor-browser-and-legacy-os/ for the EOL notification's "Learn more". Similarly for some non en-US locales. However, this page is 404 now. Presumably because of the switch to the new support portal.

I couldn't find an equivalent in the new support portal.

@gus is there a new support article explaining the dropping of windows 7, windows 8 and some older versions of MacOS?
