Hide the AI settings panel

Bugzilla bug 2005797 introduced a separate AI panel to switch AI features on or off. The logic is in browser/components/preferences/config/aiFeatures.mjs, which will likely throw since it imports modules we exclude from our build due to #44045 (closed).
