Bundled fonts are broken on macOS when the GPU process is enabled

This all started by upstream adding Stix Two Math to their vis list.

However, it got derailed, so I'm repurposing this issue to bundled fonts being broken with the GPU process.

As for the original issue (auditing that bug), it doesn't affect us (we have our own font vis lists, but we don't even use them).

macOS decided to change their name for STIX Math Two.

We still ship our version of that font, but we might to investigate a little bit more about this.
