TBA crash screen has firefox asset as well as a "Send crash report" button

We will want to replace the asset, remove the blurb about sending a crash report, maybe add more info about the problem, and remove the "Send crash report" options, and instead just show the single button that says "Reopen Tor Browser" (which is shown currently after you tap "No thanks")

Reproduction steps

Not sure how exactly to reproduce in non-dev builds, but in my local development I came across this screen after a disk-write violation (which is a dev only thing). We will need to investigate if it happens in other channels, but I assume it happens more generally when there are exceptions thrown that are not caught.
