Misleading banner in "Search engine suggestions" settings
With the new settings redesign, we will have a banner shown in the "Search engine suggestions" settings.
The new banner will be shown when the user has customized their toolbar to include a separate search input. The way it is worded may be misleading to users:
- The use of "you have configured", even though the history settings are the default for Tor Browser.
- It may encourage users to tweak their history settings.
Therefore, I think we should hide this banner in Tor Browser.
I'll do the same think for Mullvad Browser for now, but this may need revising once we implement the "persistent mode stuff", so I'll open a separate issue for that (mullvad-browser#523).
This is somewhat related to #44629 (closed), where we potentially want a banner here with a different intent.
