Fix bootstrap screen color styling for light mode presented in one of the rebases between 140 and 150

Somewhere between RR 140 and 150 the colors got messed up in light mode.

Reproduction steps

Set device to light mode (or set the app theme in Settings -> Customize -> Theme -> Light)

Open app, notice the colors are messed up.
