Wrong update URL in obfs and alpha bundles

TorButton stores the wrong update URL for the obfs bundle.

How to reproduce: Download an old version of obfs, click TorButton and try to press the update link, It takes the user to the normal TBB bundle when it should take him to the new obfs bundle page.
