Per @pierov's [comment](https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/applications/tor-browser/-/issues/42616#note_3039226) we should be smarter about how we do this, remote settings should be centrally updated/neutered rather than call-sites. On top of that, we should need to verify we don't need any of the new remote-settings since ~"FF115-esr".
