From https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/applications/tor-browser/-/issues/44134, we want to disable the contextual search prompt to avoid the potential linkability issues. This would also match what happens by default in the private browsing context anyway. Maybe this can be re-enabled after https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/applications/tor-browser/-/issues/44117 is resolved.
