Without an update URL specified, Firefox will still ping addons.mozilla.org
for an update. If someone manages to register a fake Tor Launcher at our UUID,
it could get pushed out to users.

Also update Japanese translations.

Avoid sending anything to the tor control port while the browser is quitting
Instead, rely on the TAKEOWNERSHIP feature to ensure that tor shuts down when
the browser does.

During progress window init, check the status of the Tor bootstrap
process and close the progress window immediately if bootstrapping is
complete or if an error has occurred.

Close Tor control port socket streams before closing socket.
Avoid throw inside the event monitor's onInputStreamReady() function.

Add a version check so Tor Launcher will find tor files in older versions

caution icon to the "Open Settings" and "Copy Tor Log to Clipboard" buttons.

Show "Copy Tor Log To Clipboard" button in wizard if tor logs
  a warning or error.
Fix regression in bridge validation.
Improve bridge list placeholder text.

Spaces are no longer turned into linebreaks.
The "bridge" prefix is optional, but it is always added for display
purposes.

Fix pointed out by Skruffy.

It throws an exception if ctypes is disabled during FF build.

This removes the Tor Launcher dependency on JS-Ctypes.
