The link is now constructed in code (instead of coming from aboutTor.dtd)
and it is:
  https://community.torproject.org/LOCALE
where LOCALE is the current browser locale.

This reverts commit 676f9b37.

After the browser has been updated, notify the user by displaying
a message on the about:tor page. Also, in release and alpha builds,
include on the about:tor page below the Tor Browser version a link
to a simplified changelog page (which continues to be located at
about:tbupdate).

Removing the donation banner.

This file is no longer used. Move needed strings to aboutTor.dtd

1. Remove double arrow from help menu.
2. Restore localized links inadvertently removed by Transifex.
3. Add localized links for all available manual locales.

We switched to DuckDuckGo as our default search engine recently and this
patch makes sure this is reflected on our about:tor page as well.

While we are at it we are removing the respective Disconnect.me language
strings.

Translators were asking whether they should be localizing
the StartPage privacy policy link. As we aren't using
these strings anyhow, it seems better to remove them
so we don't waste translators' time.

Changes include:
0. Logo changed to prettier onion
1. Title changed to "Welcome to Tor Browser" (in purple).
2. Dropped "This browser is configured to use Tor."
3. Normal style for "You are now free to browse the Internet anonymously."
4. Border on input box set to light gray, rounded corners removed
5. Search button image replaced with non-pixellated one
6. Sans-serif text used everywhere
7. Borders on bubbles removed
8. Text color changed to be slightly less black
9. Some text increased a little in size

Always display a "Check for Tor Browser Update..." menu item (to avoid
localization issues, the menu item label entity was not renamed).  When the
menu item is chosen, open the Update Service prompt window to perform the
update check.

Our use of entities that contained trailing spaces was a bad idea:  they
got lost during the translation process.  Instead, we now use a template
that contains a snippet of HTML, with the search engine URLs as separate
property strings.

We did our best to preserve the existing translated strings, converting
them to the new scheme and adding the missing spaces.

Here's hoping..

Avoid empty entity strings in DTD and add explanation for translators.
Remove trailing ? from Startpage privacy URL.

Instead of a remote check, we now check browser proxy settings against the
values specified by the tor control port.

If the control port is unavailable or broken, we send background request to
check.torproject.org and update the about:tor homepage and torbutton icon
retroactively if that fails.
