Fix torbutton proxy api due to change in Firefox 77.

We should fix torbutton code due to the breaking API change in nsIProtocolProxyFilter from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1584797.

The patch looks good. Of course this change is not compatible with older Firefox code, e.g., ESR68. Are there plans to create maintenance branches for Torbutton, Tor Launcher, etc. where this and similar changes will not be merged? Or maybe maintenance branches already exist?

They don't exist yet, but, yes, we need to create those branches once we have all the pieces in place (as we did in the past)
