Some images not loaded in about:tor in 82

There's an error when loading images in about:tor: chrome://torbutton/skin/searchLogo.png and chrome://torbutton/skin/forwardArrow.png cannot be loaded from resource://torbutton-assets/aboutTor.css. Changing the urls to be relative should fix the issue.
