Error popup when using New Identity feature

First reported here: tor-browser#40664 (closed)

There are two issues here:

  • the appCacheStorage cache no longer exists, so we can purge the code related to it
  • the allowJavascript property has moved from browser.docShell to browser.browsingContext
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
