Review per-app configuration UX

I found one app was having problems connecting, and it was because the remote server for that app was blocking Tor. So I went in to tell the VPN not to route the Tor traffic over the VPN for that app. In order to do that, I have to slide the "Protect all apps" slider to "Off" and then I have to go through every, single, app, and slide them to "On", except for the one I did not want to go over the VPN.

This is fairly awkward and probably should either be inverted, or some UI element added to 'toggle all'.
