Convert "Add new bridges" dialog into a full-screen dialog

The previous dialog we designed is a little claustrophobic. The text area is quite narrow, and the dialog awkwardly grows in height when new lines are entered. We could improve on this by switching to a full-screen dialog as described here: https://m3.material.io/components/dialogs/guidelines
