improve bridge selection UX

there are a couple of issues with the current implementation

• after the bridge bot was selected, any manual selection for built-in bridges need to be unset in the UI
• only request obfs4 bridges from bridgeDB (wrapped in the circumvention API) instead of snowflake + obfs4
