Make the list of apps easier to navigate

I noticed an Orbot user request for a search bar on Github, and think we should consider the same for the Tor VPN:

User research findings

During the usability tests of Tor VPN 0.6.2:

• 3/6 participants complained about the very long list of apps
• 1/6 participant suggested adding a search

I also wonder if we could:

• Limit the list to apps that the user can actually open and use. Right now most of the list are things that are not really apps like "Bluetooth", "Call settings", and "Android Services Library". Maybe that's enough.
• Highlight apps that are currently using Tor VPN.
