Allow changing exit location from Configure menu

User research findings

During the usability tests of Tor VPN 0.6.2, 4/6 participants when into the Configure menu to change their exit location. The fact that the world icon was unclear (#175) didn't help.

Ideas

On top of clarifying the icon, allowing to change the exit location in the Configure menu as well will be more consistent and more discoverable.

Then, could the button on the Connect screen be a shortcut to that new screen in Configure?

Maybe rethink the hierarchy of Configure?
