indicate bottom content in landscape layout

need to swipe for bottom content, this is not intuitive, see 'contact support' that shows different options. To see those options, you need to swipe. Same with report a bug.

I guess the issue here is that there's no indication that the content height of the fragment is larger than the screen height. We could enable scroll bars at the right, in order to make clear that more content is hidden and can be accessed by scrolling down.
