A11Y: home screen improvements

Title bar

• Talk back reads the connection state from the toolbar bar. Swiping to the next element currently focuses the title within the action toolbar, so that talk back reads out the connection state a second time, which is redundant. Instead only the toolbar as a whole should be selected.

Error view

• when an error occurs, the error container view should request focus, so that talk back focuses that as well.

App selection container

• add "All apps protected" / "None protected" to be read out when "Apps is selected"

Upload- and download bandwidth

• the container should be read out as "Upload" and "Download"
• The titles "Up" and "Down" should be ignored
• "kbit" and "mbit" etc. as well as "kbit/s" and "mbit/s" etc. should be read out as "kilobit", "megabit", "kilobit per second", "megabit per second" etc.

Start stop button Currently changes of the connection state are not read out

• add connection state to the content description of the buttons, so that the not only the action but also the state is read out.
