Reconfigure top app bars to optimize screen space

After feedback from the UX Team, I've reconfigured the top app bars throughout Figma to make better use of screen space.

Previously:

• "Connect" used the center-aligned configuration (this is the default for the "root" page).
• "Help" and "Configure" used the large configuration.
• Child pages within "Configure" used a mixture of the small, large and center-aligned configurations. This was unnecessarily complex and inconsistent.

To simplify things and reclaim some white space on longer pages, I'd like to propose:

• "Connect" continues to use the center-aligned configuration.
• "Help" and "Configure" use the medium configuration. Note: medium transforms into a small top app bar on scroll.
• Child pages within "Configure" use the small configuration, in all cases.

tl;dr, in summary:

• Switch "Help" and "Configure" from large to medium.
• Switch all child pages of Configure to small.
