Automatic circumvention connection assist

When a user cannot connect to Tor, due to censorship, then TorVPN should detect that and circumvent the censorship automatically, without needing to configure anything manually.

Connection assist should also have some UX to help the user find a circumvention tool that doesn’t charge or feature data caps.
