Indicate which PTs are supported on the bridges dialog
As a stop-gap until we can extend support to all pluggable transports in #323, we should list which pluggable transports Tor VPN currently supports on the "Add bridges" dialog.

Updating the instructive text above the text field to read:
Add one or more bridges provided by a trusted person or organization. In addition to vanilla bridges, Tor VPN supports the following pluggable transports:-
Adding a horizontal chip group underneath the instructive text, featuring non-interactive suggestion chips. Supported pluggable transports are listed in individual chips, with an 8dp gap between each.

In addition, dev mode annotations have been added to Figma to aid developer handoff. However these can only be viewed by paid Figma seats with access to dev mode, such as the LEAP Encryption Access Project account.
