"Add bridges" dialog is difficult to navigate using a screen reader

The add bridges form is hard to navigate. When entering, it immediately starts at the form. Probably should start at Add bridges, the explanation, then 'Paste your bridge addresses here', then move to the edit field. After that, save I guess.
