"No internet" displays network activity and app protection widgets on Internet deconnection

I'm not sure if that's intentional but I get 2 different version of the "No internet" screen:

If I try to connect to Tor before connect to the Wi-Fi, I get an empty "No internet" screen.

That's a good solution to #97 (closed). Yay!
If I disconnect from the Wi-Fi after connecting to Tor, I get a "No internet" screen that still has the network activity and app protection widgets.

I'm not convinced that these widgets are still useful in this case. They might rather be confusing, for example, by making it harder to notice that the title of the screen changed to "No internet".
