Disable "Exit location" in "Configure" screen instead of hiding it when disconnected
Since #196 (closed), the "Exit location" list items in the "Configure" menu is hidden when disconnected.

It should be disabled instead of hidden. Disabled means that the widget is not available yet for some reason. Hiding it might get people to wonder where it went.
