Create an app shortcut to connect/disconnect the VPN

On android with app like samsung routine ShortcutManager to run action (It seems to me that Google Assistant uses them too App Actions) implement ShortcutManager for vpn connect and vpn Disconnect would enable to automate when i'am on this wifi network : activate tor vpn (or Disconnect tor vpn)
