Using toggles in Browser section freezes the app

How to reproduce the bug:

1. Open Tor VPN
2. Connect to Tor (tested via direct connection - by me and obfs4 bridges - by our user, reproduced in both cases, phone manufacturers are different)
3. Go to the Apps tab
4. In the Browser section switch on/off browsers (sometimes it happens immediately, some times you need to spent some time "toggling").

What happens next -

1. Toggles start to switch on and off randomly
2. Toggles stop grouping by on and off
3. Browsers that are "on" stop working (no internet connection)

If tap to stop app - the app freezes, can no longer be closed by standard measures and apps "protected" by Tor VPN do not work (no internet) Alternatively app keeps reconnecting, but even if it shows "connected" browser no longer work

So the only thing that helped me is to reboot the phone. But Tor VPN didn't work after reboot, if I switched it on - browsers didn't work. To re-store the app functionality I needed to re-install
