Sorting of applications should be case insensitive
Summary
The application list is case sensitive: apps that start with a lower case letter show beneath all those with an upper case letter.
Steps to reproduce:
- Install an app starting with a lower case letter (eg: eBay)
- Go to the app list
- Observe eBay at the bottom, even when protected

Apps like eBay appear beneath all others
What is the expected behavior?
I would expect eBay to appear alongside all other apps starting with E
