Provide links to support channels and offline documentation
When users have issues with TorVPN that they cannot resolve on their own, they should easily find a help meny with documentation and links to support channels so they can resolve their issues.
The help documentation should be available offline, so its possible to debug issues without needing to connect to the Internet in the clear to access it.
(The offline documentation portion of this issue will be moved to the cost extension)
