Vidalia Transifex resource removal

Currently we have resources on Transifex for Vidalia, however these resources are locked preventing translators from touching them. The reason for this is the lack of a maintainer for Vidalia, so any new translations are unlikely to ever get merged.

Keeping the translations on Transifex in a locked state causes confusion for translators from time to time, so it might be worth removing the resources from Transifex if we do not plan on supporting Vidalia in the future.

If other people think it is appropriate, I will go ahead and remove the resource from Transifex.
