Process for localization decisions on a per-language basis
As the participation of translation contributors is many times not simultaneous, there is a problem when taking decisions about how to translate terms to each language.
Examples:
- Tor terminology translations
- Use formal or informal when addressing users
- Use more or less anglicisms, instead of translated terms?
We need a process to be able to build a list of accords, and how to negotiate changes on them if you disagree. SOme decisions are blocked because 'This has been decided long ago' or 'It has always been like this', but the person that decided that is not active anymore.
This work should integrate with the work on the glossary (the words accorded through this process should be the ones on the glossary)
