Too many requests for weblate images

On the localization stats we are making too many requests (thanks @lavamind for the debugging), and that triggers 503 errors from weblate and the images look broken.

We need to ask for less images so we don't have this problem. We can generate our own images, or simply give a number, for the little percentage svgs I added on the stats page.
