Weblate termination

Our account in Weblate was terminated because we didn't pay our invoice in time.

There were several obstacles on the payment process and we got stuck, on our side and Weblate's side as well.

After the termination they recovered the project components from their backup, but several other configurations were not recovered:

• Reviewer teams. We had almost one team for each language (some languages didn't have teams because we didn't have reviewers).
• Add-on configurations: The configuration for the different add-ons for each component.
• Announcements: We had information for translators on each component, announcing new translation releases and links for review, etc.
• Notifications: translators that were 'subscribed' to our changes and new strings to translate will need to subscribe again.
