[stats - projects] Easier budgeting and status: add word count information to project stats

Calculating and reviewing budgets for translation is complicated because the numbers are all over the place.

Also, the stats many times give percentages or number of strings, but the budgets are in number of words, so we need to retrieve from weblate this information especially.
