Typo in the code of conduct

A missing space is present between the word "council" and "member" in the 6th section at the 3rd line.

"Current councilmembers are listed [...]" should instead be "Current council members are listed [...]"

On an unrelated note to the issue : I am really sorry for creating an issue on the wrong linked project. This is not an issue for "The Tor Project / Applications / Tor Browser", but rater for "The Tor Project / Community". Sadly, as of today, the "Community" project doesn't support the new amazing anon-ticket feature. I also wanted that my first issue for the Tor Project was about the code of conduct to show that I took the time to properly read it. :)
