Core contributors are not getting invited to Tor meetings anymore by default

We learned that our Tor meeting invitation policy is not reflecting our membership document anymore. There it says (among other things):

Core Contributorship has the following privileges...

 * Standing invitation to the periodic Tor Meetings.

But that's not the case anymore. /cc @isabela
