Bootstrapping Error

Bootstrapping not completing on Debian Tor, here is the observed behavior:

On the left is what happening with the Debian Tor Machine and on the right is what is happening with a Local Windows Machine. They have the same torrc files.

UseBridges 1
Bridge 157.xxx.xxx.xxx:9005
ExitRelay 0

What could be the cause of this issue, it is to be noted that a couple days ago both machines had no problems bootstrapping?
