Review and update all articles on Frontdesk (RT) and text modules on cdr.link wrt TB 11.5 release

With the TB 11.5 release (tpo/applications/tor-browser#11698 (closed)), we need to update a few articles/templates on frontdesk (Request Tracker) and text modules on cdr.link (Telegram User Support Channel) (related to: tpo/web/manual#119, tpo/web/support#298).
