Hello, I'm trying to connect to TOR browser but it keeps telling: _Tor failed to establish a tor network connection. Establishing an encraypted directory connection failed._ I've seen some other people with this issue but I can only find topics which are way to complicated for me. I don't know alot about computers or anything in that regard. I don't have an anti-virus (Except for windows defender) and I tried turning that off+my firewall and still didn't work. I'm from the Netherlands which is not a restricted country, my times are set right which I dubblechecked with powershell.
