Get API users, so we can get API feedback

We'd like to get a bunch of developers who want to use Arti, and ask them to try it out for their intended applications. We should ask them these questions:

1. What features were missing?
2. What was hard to do?
3. Was it easy to figure out?
4. Was there any missing or unclear documentation?
5. Did you get stuck anywhere? What can we unstick?
