Test Windows behavior on CI, maybe with Wine

As we start to get platform-specific functionality (eg, file permission checking), it would be a good idea to make sure that our tests pass on Windows.

I'd like it if the CI had a nightly task to run our tests, either on a real Windows VM, or under Wine. The build could be native or cross-compiled.
