Rectify names in tor-proto and tor-cell for proposal 340

Some of our names in tor-proto and tor-cell (e.g., UnparsedRelayCell) play rather fast and loose with the cell/message distinction. Since the entire idea of proposal 340 is to change this relationship from 1:1 to many:many, we should probably clean these up in advance of that.
