Arti: A rust Tor implementation

Welcome to Arti!

Arti is a work-in-progress project to write a full-featured Tor implementation in Rust. Our current focus is on the client side.

As of this writing (17 March), Arti is a usable SOCKS proxy over the Tor network, but it is missing some features that are required for privacy: you should not yet use it if you have real privacy needs.
